Pros
Some amazing colleagues who made the day easier and tried their hardest to help patients.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations trickling down from the CEO down. They show a false support of their employee's work life balance and don't care enough to be supportive to limit burnout. They amount of money they make feeds the pockets of senior leadership - take a look, it's public information. Having a difference of opinion is not acceptable in the eye of leadership, like a "you're either with us or against us" mentality. God forbid you ask for feedback, you're met with assumed behaviors and nothing concrete. Oh, yeah, if you're not a medical provider, you don't matter because you bring in no money or you're role is insignificant and you will be expected to just meet their needs. Self-preservation is of the most importance.
