Pros
The HR lady is one of the nicest people I have met.
Cons
Where do I start... If I could give working here 0 stars, I would have. I interviewed for the position with the CEO and I should have known that it sounded too good to be true. They promised I would make a massive amount of money and that I would be talking to existing clients trying to get them on board with new products and would make the occasional cold call. When I started and signed the paperwork, the job description was as described. However, that quickly changed as soon as I signed the dotted line. I was expected to cold call 100% of the time after I spent hours upon hours researching the prospective clients. The CEO expected me to contact a rotating list of 450 prospective clients and contact them ALL by phone and email multiple times a week. The expectations are unrealistic and if you're going to make any money, it's going to take probably 6 months before you make enough to live. Especially in the area that the company is located in. There was also only 1 day of training ( I had no experience in the industry at all). There was multiple times that I confronted the HR lady and asked her why the position had changed. Her answer was that the CEO often changed his directions and everyone else just had to go with it, no matter how ridiculous it was. It took me a month and a half to find a new job and it was the longest month and a half of my life.
