Managament - Anonymous employee Valligent Employee Review

I am a current member of Management with this company. I began working with Valligent on temporary assignment for a project. After hard work I was offered a full-time position as a clerk in the accounting department. Just shy of seven years later I hold a position on the Management team. One of the things that I truly value about Valligent is that the owners are very supportive of allowing opportunities to increase your knowledge. They are supportive of people taking initiative and thinking out side of the box. I have been very fortunate to have had this opportunity with this company as without this experience I am unsure that I would have had the opportunity to specialize in the areas that I do today. One other thing that is a huge positive aspect of this company is that our team is terrific. Valligent is huge on team work and with the individuals here working in a team setting is very encouraging. Valligent is not just a job it is a career.
