      None that I can think of as it was terrible from start to finish

      Bullying CEO - Robin Sidebottom Poor leadership Owned by fairhome care and buildings offered by fairhome and care by calorie owned by fairhome which was unethical Haemorrhaging money and just made anyone and everyone redundant if your face didn’t fit or came with the CEO An absolutely awful company that treat people without respect and encourage internal conflict for fun.

      Great hard working staff and lovely residents

      Cons

      Absolutely awful senior managers. No compassion. No understanding of the client group. Staff are bullied and it goes over looked when reported to senior management. If your face doesnt fit in this company then they make you're life very uncomfortable. I picked unemployment over the stress.
