VALUE BASED - Utilization Review Coordinator Value-Based RCM Employee Review

Fairly new company. The upper management does not have a clue as to what they are doing. They are very unorganized and they do not fight for their employees. They will side with the company they contracted with even if they are wrong and you have proof that they are wrong. They are about numbers not quality of care. they pressure you when the "numbers are not looking good" They load you with work and then the system breaks down and you get blamed for not being able to complete the work even though it is out of your control. there is more but it's way too much to type
