Pros
I dont see any this which I can write it here. There are bunch of hot headed people who don't know how to talk with their colleagues/or team. You have to go the higher management just to remind them I have sent you an email please look and revert. This type of people sits here in the management.
Cons
-- To much micro management. Some patel guy even notice what you are doing after lunch and hates the one who distributes chocolates on their bday with their own money. -- Older employee think they are the godfather of the company. contributes nothing but bullies the new joiners and juniors. This type of corporate environment you will land into if you work for them -- Very poor infra, dirty chairs, A/C not working at the peak summers of Ahmedabad, Water dripping from the roof (via AC duct) -- Older employee take all the credit for the work done by the junior. And I have seen such people are sent for the presentation who have very pathetic english. -- New employees are on their own. coz the person who is there already will be jealous of your salary and probably wont do the knowledge transfer properly
