      Pros

      Very good culture, with lot of learning exposure. Treating employees like family by giving them free food, snacks etc. Management is superb and you will not find it difficult to share anything with them. They are always encouraging employees.

      Cons

      Employee engagement acvities and training are not conducted timely. Employee Induction process is also not good.
