1. Working 5 days a week. 2. Good Learning due to work Assigned 3. You get auto trained by working on short timelines 4. Working on new and multiple project every time 5. 12 leaves in a year
Cons
1. Does not promote other religion then hinduism 2. No Extra compensation of extra working hours 3. No Compensation of Extra working day 4. No Addons from HR team 5. Company working culture is fine until you drop resignation 6. No Gifts, bonuses, increment on annual basis like Diwali, yearly increment etc 7. Lower level team is not qualified and freshers are hired at very low wages
