Pros

Nothing i can think of

Have listed it down go through it and help yourself. 1) Owner driven company with simply no culture and respect towards employees. 2) The only thing company cares about is how much they can extract from employees and for how much longer period they can do so. 3) Even company knows that employee is going to leave soon so they try to extract max they can. 4) Eventually sooner or later every employee will understand that they have done the mistake. (Its only matter of time that you will realize this.) 5) Learning is the only thing company pitch to new joinees, management trainees…but can’t say about that as well….so good luck if you still decide and go ahead on this learning. 6) For experienced professional…there is simply no reason to join. You will get humiliated, disrespected and in the name of taking responsibility you will be tortured. 7) Apart from this there is nothing you can expect from the company. 8) In the end would only suggest it’s a total waste of time and waste of your crucial career on this company be it any one. Hope it helps.

Pros

Small company hence lot of potential for growth. -Very less hierarchy as compared to big MNCs . -Good place for beginners gain lots of knowledge in early stage of careers. - Approachable seniors and CEO.

Cons

There’s plenty, naming few: - Disclaimer for people who are already working in big MNCs with fancy working offices —>Come prepared as They have Very small setup ( seating for maybe 30 people tops) with congested working space - Pathetic Leave policy, gets credited every month and can be taken only if accumulated in your account irrespective of reason for your leave (biggest grey area for people coming from MNCs or bigger setup) otherwise if taken salary gets deducted for the leave . - Micro managed attendance system, Step1- RFID at main gate along with finger scanner, Step 2- Manual entry in register , Step 3- Punching into team’s attendance channel, Step 4- Logging attendance into employee portal , Step 5 - Manual entry for exit time. (in a nutshell “ Desi Lala setup”) - Salary gets deducted if you reach office late because of any reason ( no excuses accepted) - Lacks flexible culture probably due to small setup up and Micro managed processes.
