This is a legit broke company. They don't have any money to pay their employees. Salary was never credited on time even when they were doing well (the time I joined) They will suddenly stop paying you without any information. Not even a simple email will be sent by the HR. They'll inflate the expected salary on job searching sites with "variable pay". It's a sham. I worked there for more than four years (pandemic tax). I got the variable pay for ONE MONTH. That's it. The cherry on the top is, when you leave they'll keep hold of your unpaid salary, variable pay and monthly deductions. They won't pay it on the specified time. Won't reply to your constant emails. The only way to get your money is to file a lawsuit against these scamsters. CEO is an awful person. He literally said "your landlords have to wait because we don't have any money to pay your salary). He won't give a care in the world of you become homeless or if you need money for urgent medical expenses. I can't stress this enough. If you see any job postings from this company (they changed their name to ADMITEDGE), run the other way.
