      Very good pay for the work you do, reasonable hours, works with flexible schedules.

      Cons

      The way their labor works, 10 cars per 1 person. Running a 3 bay shop with 3-5 people is not reasonable, especially when 1 or 2 are still in training or not capable of working in every position or multitasking.

      Career advancement opportunities, on the Job training from experienced Techs from all different backgrounds of car knowledge, good team oriented environment. Daily pay access after every worked shift the day following.

      Cons

      Without great leadership there can be a lot of work flow issues, can be set schedules but that can change around depending on business needs.
