Pros
Wide range of products and processes that allow for an immense amount of things to be learned. Potential is through the roof.
Cons
Management is poor. Business model is more along the lines of intimidation than family run business. A good amount of the people aren't easy to talk to or go to, even when they are a key part of the process. On my first day my supervisor said, "Go talk to BLANK about this, but if he acts like a jerk, that's just the way he is, don't take it personal." That sentence is never something that should be said in a work environment, plus multiple people fit this description. Paid days off are limited, rare to get holidays, and raises are no where in site.
