My Program Director (upper management) is great! She helps our houses when we are short staff or there is an emergency. I have made some friends from the houses I've worked at. The Admin is easy to talk to about any troubles with guardians or staff concerns. Its family owned with higher standards compared to other companies I've worked at. .
