3yIt's always so disappointing to see one of our people leave us feeling like this, and completely contrary to not only what we're trying to achieve but also what's reflected in our engagement scores across the business. The hours we operate in certain areas, has to reflect that of our changing customer needs and in tough times, these are the things that put us ahead of the competition. We're doing some great work with our leaders to ensure two-way dialogue and ideas are listened to and acted upon when it's the right thing to do. Personally I feel that the culture is head and shoulders above other organisations I have experienced but I also understand that this will feel different for others.
