This company is awful for many reasons: 1) Nepotism: unqualified members of the CEO’s family are hired to top positions without any prior experience 2) Favoritism: if you are not a white blonde girl, good luck getting anywhere. People are moved up through the ranks without experience. 3) They say that mentorship and camaraderie are important, open door policy everywhere but you can’t say anything without fearing for your job. 4) Everyone is miserable so turnover is extremely high 5) No flexibility in hours
