      Pros

      The people were great, it’s really clean for a machine shop, management was flexible with my schedule. Pay wasn’t bad, and there’s plenty of OT.

      Cons

      Didn’t feel like there was a lot of upward mobility, and very little PTO that the company draws from when you take a sick day. Very long hours.
