Lie to Parents - Teacher Vanguard Academy Employee Review

Vanguard was my first job. I was an after school instructor. The students are great to work with and very receptive to learning.

Equipment was poorly stored which resulted it getting damaged.

The only pros are the parents and children you create bonds with.

Have always done things against state guidelines, just got in trouble for a teacher abusing three babies, but have had several abuse incidents before but would not allow teachers to report any of them without firing them, and yes they fired one teacher to retaliate against her for calling state about a teacher being rough with babies. The pay is horrible the owner only cares about money and her reputation. That’s why karma is getting her now.
