Pros
Some good people work upstairs, but for the most part it is all negative.
Cons
No true HR Department, all HR issues are swept under the rug and nothing is ever done about them. Compensation and Benefits are awful. The base pay is well below the average for environmental work, unless you work in the Administration Department where you get over paid. Almost no benefits at all, starting out you only get 3 sick days and 0 vacation days for the entire first year. Really no way to earn a raise or move up in the company unless you suck up to the president/owner. It is embarrassing to say where you work because the president/owner is a registered sex offender in the state of Oklahoma and a quick Google search of the company name brings his past up.
