Cons
Salary will be below market rate. So the performance bonus receive end of every February is actually the shortfall they have underpaid the employee for the previous year workdone Notice period will be longer than market rate. Eg. Junior executive will be either 2 to 3 months. Have high attritional rate in finance, so do prepare to receive more workload during the course of employment and expect to work during weekends and on leave Typical China (Chinese) company so do not expect any career growth if you are not from China and expect silent fire if they decide to close down or shrink down your local office Advice for local: If you planning to job hop, do serious consider the notice period as it may bite you back
