If you are a hard worker who can rely on very minimal training and support you can succeed.

Lack of communication, minimal training, weak management and leadership, compensation is severely under national average, minimal growth, lack of raise/compensation, one person takes on the workload of 2/3 people, high turnover due to management and lack of compensation, employee issues do not get resolved by management

Good company to get in at an entry level to learn the industry and get hands on experience with different roles. Very small company everybody knows everyone.

Not a lot of growth. The company does not promote within. No vacation/ PTO package for the first 5 years.
