      The company really encourages and provides learning/training whether it is providing technical or soft skills/personal development training. They will be honest about where you are strong and where you are lacking. Different from most companies, there is alot of room to grow. Really good people.

      Cons

      many work hours, just like all other companies in the field.

      Every person I have met that works here are smart, enganged and hardworking. The company values and treats each employee as a person they care about. Vantage does really exciting and meaningful work integrating technology into important spaces Extremely flexible work arrangements

      Everyone is highly skilled and adept. The group is tight and works well together

      Cons

      No real game plan for product. Needs to define and focuc road map on specific niche and build/modify product to meet the customer defined needs.
