Pros
My time at this company was not only underwhelming but also troubling due to the presence of racist and sexist attitudes among the staff. This is definitely not the choice for those seeking a professional and respectful environment. It's perhaps a fit for those just starting out and desperate for any work experience, but with serious caveats. In addition to the CEO's questionable 'business trips' and the favouritism shown towards the loud sales team, the company culture is marred by instances of racism and sexism, which are casually overlooked. Salaries are below the standard, and incompetence is rampant, especially noticeable in the so-called ‘director’ of marketing department. I'd advise caution if considering this place. It's a tough environment, made tolerable only by fitting in, which in itself is a challenge given the prevailing discriminatory attitudes.
