Constantly having to watch your back - instead of keeping clear message and accepting responsibility, too many are doing CYA .... sometimes in a dishonest and disreputable way.

The kids in this program are court ordered and a little compassion goes a long way. You will learn how not to treat staff.

You will be belittled by your executive management. You will be told to do a specific thing one way today and yelled at tomorrow because you did it that way. Your opinion and information will mean nothing if another story is constructed. You will be yelled at, called out and not supported. If you have no confidence in yourself and believe you should be disrespected this is the place for you. They fire employees without all the facts.
