I am writing this review to hopefully offer some transparency to my potential future colleagues, so they can be prepared.
A genuine culture of bullying exists here, unfortunately.
Several of my coworkers have spoken to me about fear in the workplace, which I feel cannot be a normal way to work in a professional environment.
There is a reason the turnover is so high here, and it's because of the expectation that individuals will work with all stick and no carrot.
Limited opportunities for career progression.
No unpaid AL options.
Unpredictable hours.
HR offer very limited support to employees.
More concerned with business profitability than employee wellbeing.
Be aware that it will look great on your CV, just ready yourself for a tough time when you start.
