My personal lines manager did zero development of me. Never checked in. All he ever did to manage was say hi to his employees in the morning but beyond that nothing he mainly just runs the business end of the business but doesn’t develop or help agents enough. I never knew where I stood. Very unlikely you will receive a raise for your hard work or even a decent bonus. They do not pay too dollar to retain agents unlike some other agencies.
