One of the first outside hires to come join the SMB team in March of 2017 - excellent on boarding, training, leadership to mold new hires into successful reps. The culture is unlike any company I've come to work for where accountability and fast paced environment makes everyday a worth while pleasure. Everyone in the Varonis community is truly genuine and extremely helpful in all aspects. Upper management will help you focus on your next career steps, in setting up weekly team syncs and having one-on-ones with not only your direct Manager but also Director to meet your goals. Team Building Events are a huge plus in order to create incredible camaraderie as well as events even hosted by Director himself to represent genuine gratitude for the efforts of all members of the team. Great benefits, free always stocked Kitchen, incredible area in Mid-Town NYC. Varonis Data Security & Governance platform is far ahead the best in the industry and a proven Risk Assessment and Operational Plan is a proven recipe for repeated success not only for reps but more importantly the customer base that continues to reap the benefits of multiple add ons and upgrades. Benefits are great, random gifts throughout the year, top notch team support

Cons

Company is so compartmentalized no one team has any idea of what is going on with another, which is specifically frustrating when it comes to pay/commission. They keep purchasing other companies without properly integrating into the existing product and have to basically re-invent how to use the full potential of said product to interact with what they already have, leaving a lot to be desired. Hiring new positions with specific goals in mind, but have the same title so are treated the same when it comes to OTE creating a substantial pay cut. Especially when they are brought in to make certain parts of the team and product better.
