Pros
The team are excellent. The technology is genuinely fixing problems and customers are seeing a lot of value. The company looks after its employees and during the lockdown they made sure we had everything we needed, and extra gifts thrown in which was amazing. We have a great relationships with our partners and Varonis is now a primary solution for them.
Cons
Its hard work, but where isn't nowadays. As a team we're expected to build solid pipeline on a weekly basis, but that's sales isn't it? Its expensive, always has been probably always will be, but the business has invested so much in customer success and the renewals and upsell prove the solution is helping so many. Personally I disagree with the bad reviews on this site. Varonis has a tried and tested way of engaging with prospects and customers, and those that do it their own way typically struggle. Not sure how it can be so bad with the growth this company has seen.
