Pros

I had the opportunity to complete an 11-week internship with Várri Consultancy in Dubai. If you like the flexibility of working both in an office, from home and offsite networking on many exhibitions, then Várri Consultancy will be a great fit for you. I especially appreciated that I could attend various exhibitions and business events where I met with a multitude of individuals from all corners of the world. You will learn many things at Várri, such as using different marketing and CRM software. You also get the chance to complete online training programs during working hours, which will benefit you in the future. For example, I completed a certificate course on HubSpot.

Cons

Not many cons, but I would advice you to seek out some information about risk management so you know the basics when you talk to potential clients when you are out networking.

Pros

As a startup boutique consultancy, Várri Consultancy offers the opportunity for all employees, regardless of position, to shape their individual work as well as the future of the business. The firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, and other employee perks, and provides greater flexibility and exposure to management compared to peers.

Cons

A lower degree of certainty compared to a large established firm.
