Though a decent paymaster. Good physical enviournment .decent benefits and perks at top level .good place to work and gain experience for freshers.
Cons
Horrible HR practices. No value for human resource. Huge exploitation of lower level employees and contract labour. No appreciation for hart or smart work. Highly politicised enviourment at top level. High rate of turnover close to 100% at top level as well. Highly uncertain future and least security even for performers. Please refrain from joining this organisation or recommend it anyone for business, employment or otherwise.
