Where should I start, The company post a job description for many different job roles , I applied for management but ultimately it's a sales job for charity's, so they mis sold the job Commission based pay, so you're not paid for nothing apart from making sales, even though a basic salary is put on the job ad, peer pressure by them sells you a dream so you have to take the commission based pay Pyramid scheme like promotion system Apparently you can reach ownership level and earn over 2000 per week after just 12 months, was told the vas has millions but online checks says other wise Very loud atmosphere, blasting music in a prep room, (only room in the office other than 3 private offices and a lobby for dozens of colleagues to work). Cant hear anything, they talk over the music like it's normal, bizzare. Wierd chanting like screaming juice. They expect you to do it and running round a room high 5'ing. You're actually self employed so they dont have to deal with your taxes on your pay. Tell you to put everything as business expenses to avoid tax, try and make you happy about being self employed. Expect you in from 7am- 8pm Feel sorry for the people who won't make it there

Honestly, there is literally 0. I am a very honest person and I hope that everyone who interviews for this job sees this first.

I don’t even know where to begin. Let me just tell you, this job put me on tablets and has taught me a very hard lesson. I worked here for a few months, commission only so with very little money. It is literally a cult and you will work from 8am and be receiving phone calls at 11/12pm to ‘network’ with a bunch of jumped up boring no personality weirdos. They all live together, pretend they’re rich and they’re all sharing cars, they make you feel worthless if you quit and poison you to make you think like them. They only like you if you behave like them. They make you chant things literally like a cult. They make you stand or walk the streets all day in the pouring rain and snow. They tell you what you can and can’t say and to sum it up completely, the job is trying to scam home owners or passer buys into wasting their money on deals that aren’t even valid and won’t be applied in the long run. The way you all made me feel, i hope your business gets caught out for what it really is and I hope you all feel as rubbish as you made me feel. :)
