      Pros

      Enormous personel disccount, but if you dont need new radiators, its not much use, although I did so it was perfect for me. OK office enviroment.

      Cons

      SAP system needs alot of work, and the working routines are very hard to understand, different routine for every different client makes it very easy to make mistakes...

      Team is good and collaborative

      Cons

      Lots of inactive time, no projects other than for 4-5 months in a year, expected to perform more roles than that designated, No internal contracts given and no proper system in handling employment benefits. Very long working hours
