My role here all started just under a year ago as Talent Acquisition Director. I joined VASHI at a stage of peak expansion looking to disrupt the retail industry with their amazing product, from the success of their online E-Commerce platform, which they grew starting 10 years ago. What really appealed to me was seeing a business growing from strength to strength and delivering a fantastic concept into the diamond industry. We have grown from 17-18 employees in mid 2017, to 70-75 today and looking at reaching up to 150 in the next 6 months, as we further expand our head office and retail stores. I really wanted to be a part of an entrepreneurial leadership team which could give me the platform to excel and transfer my recruitment / talent experience Having said all that – it’s been a amazing journey so far, and I’m really looking forward to the brand expanding further, growing the internal talent team around Europe.
