      Pros

      I have worked for Vashi for 2 years now and I have developed my managerial skill set to new levels. A mixture of working both independently and having guidance from the senior management team as taken me to new levels. The company is growing day by day and it is a valuable experience watching a company grow at this speed.

      Cons

      I can honestly say I have the full autonomy to ensure my day and my team work to a positive outlook.
