Mixed feelings - Anonymous employee Vast Visibility Employee Review

The managers I worked under had some very odd approaches to managing that mostly seemed to centre around their egos - in fact, I'd consider them the worst managers I've had in my career. It was a shame because the rest of my team were great. Positive feedback was non existant, no pay reviews, constant dread of being told off because someone, anyone has to be made accountable, saw people get fired regularly with no remorse, long working hours with no thanks, and no way to progress. I actually chose to work at Vast over another company due to the positive reviews on Glassdoor but have since discovered the staff were made to write them.
