Hostile work environment. Favoritism. Inconsistent communication Slap and dash training. Adult Legos with consequences. Hazardous work environment. Allows new employees to work while not wearing proper PPE. Management uses company hrs to slack off whilst trying to enforce proper schedules. Doesn't put enough effort into what they say they provide for employees via growth/personal goals. Unsanitary facilities. No regard for mental health or anything requiring to much insight. Blatant lack of accountability and poor morale throughout work environment as a direct cause via poor management.

Everyone that is under uper management is amazing. They do there best to make sure you are supported for what they can give you. You stay because you love the people you work with.

They treat employees as thier badge number the same way as a jail/prison does. They don't care what or how much you work or give to the company. EVERYONE is replaceable no matter how long you have worked for them. You get NO support and are expected to go above and beyond with no upper management even caring that is how you work. They only care about there bottom line. If you aren't going to get your EOM dollar value they won't even approve things that you need to be purchased to do your job. They have amazing and loyal employees but the worst upper management above the managers.
