I've met good people within the company. .

Pay is extremely low. When you travel for the company, YOU ARE TRAINING THE NEW HIRES AND THE NEW HIRES MAKE MORE HOURLY THAN YOU. You are expected to do more than the role you get paid to do. They don't train very well in some areas and throw Brand NEW Ops to the wolves with absolutely no support. Raises in this company are a joke! They expect everyone to put in their all but they don't give ANY INCENTIVE FOR EMPLOYEES TO DO SO! AGAIN THE PAY IS VERY LOW ! Travel and loose money nothing extra for those who travel. One woman I met this year was in leadership traveling training and making INSPECTOR PAY . They have communication issues within the company. They promise better wages and don't follow through. This company was called ATCO INDUSTRIES PRIOR Do not work here.
