Pros
Exciting and innovative tech, by far the strongest in a fast-developing market. Great people across leadership and the company is moving quickly towards IPO. Culture is very good (albeit COVID restrictions have disrupted this slightly) - attitude is to 'get it done' and then 'enjoy it'. HR team and CEO are very focussed on looking after people; programs like 'wellness days', outsourced/anonymous 'emotional support', regular external sessions on eating well, mindfulness, etc. With the level of growth there are ample career development opportunities for for people with a growth mindset. As with all pre-IPO fast growing tech vendors, you are expected to perform in your role and operate without drama/politics - I see several negative reviews on here which are certainly from people that aren't up to the job ("It's Vectra's fault I'm not successful...), I would ignore these - as I've seen countless people dramatically progress their careers and have a great time along the way. I've also seen some very mediocre people come-and-go with a 'C-player' mindset of blaming everyone else.
Cons
Very few; CEO and senior leadership have done well in bringing in strong leaders/players to suit the current (and next) stage of growth, but this isn't always well-received (i.e. some people aren't comfortable with the level of company wide progress and aren't open to evolving their skills/approaches) - this tends to cause animosity, but is a requirement of any ambitious hyper-growth company. If you're looking to relax and hide behind the people that are truly contributing, you will get found out here (go join Cisco/PAN/IBM/etc. instead)
