      Nice talented coworkers, free Deliveroo perk (I don't think they have this anymore).

      Cons

      I was paid basically the same as my coworkers one level below me, very sales-driven development, no support for technical debt leading to a lot of unplanned, stressful work.

      Decent benefits, decent people, flexible hybrid work. Helping orgs not fall prey to a cyberattack is generally ethical work.

      Cons

      Schedules can be aggressive at times, making it difficult to improve technical debt and for teams to have enough slack to aide each other.
