Decent company to work for compared to some.

Cons

Disconnect between Corporate and Local HR and Management. Raises are a joke overall. Claim to have room to grow but never seem to actually promote. After being a customer of the bank you see the issues.

- Lacks the resources of a larger institution. - Some processes are outdated; need to create better efficiencies.

-Good community -No firm sales goals -Referrals bring extra pay -Benefits start immediately -Plenty of time for training

Cons

-Pay is low -No compensation for commute -Punished for using sick days -Some benefits plans suck -Diversity committee entirely for show
