Pros

financial security= salary always on time.

Cons

Employees want to work for managers they trust and respect. Otherwise, employees feel left in the dark and disconnected from leadership.Manager-employee relationship has a direct impact on morale. Employees want more open communication and transparency, and they deserve more recognition.Employees are not recognized for their accomplishments and only criticized for their shortcomings, they don't feel valued and work in a state of fear of making a mistake. No meetings with employees. Manager threaten an employee's job security, spreading gossip through the office. Employee's morale will be reduced, and they'll stop trusting and respecting the management team. Manager who instill fear , withhold information and answer questions in vague, noncommittal ways. They refrain from showing compassion and creating a persona that appears unapproachable. They also thrive on being unpredictable; and that has an effect, because when employees are uncertain, they are fearful. Management pushing workers to leave. Manager overworking staff. Employees feel stuck because managers aren't helping them to learn and grow and feel unnoticed because they are never recognized. If you ask employees for feedback on their direct supervisors and upper management, employees cant be honest without fearing repercussions.

Pros

Good pay, afforded the opportunity to help end users, generally ok with asking for time off to take of personal matters. Generally.

Cons

The training was thorough, but very rushed. There are 'systems and resources' in place, however there are too many times that the daily directive conflicts and the hammer comes down on analysts for 'doing what they're told' because that isn't the right answer. Up until very recently there was one analyst constantly getting 'kudos' for all these great things he had done. Yet he rushes customers and abuses the ticketing system. He is not thorough at all yet he is displayed as a star example. Still has a job though. I've seen good people let go without notice to counter that. The contract is up in the air and the directives from management constantly conflict with what has been taught or has been policy. They haven't cared about the details until the contract came up and other proposals are being looked over.
