      Co-workers are friendly Flexibility - timining allows to work from home Management sympathetic to work/life balance Very relaxed dress code

      Management is owned by Single. Traditional type of hierarchy. Lots of politics Salary and Appraisal process is very traditional and does not make employees happy.
