Overly focused on what Wallstreet Analysts have to say about strategic shift, with little interest in what existing customers think. Sprawling org chart: it takes time to locate the actual decision makers that have a veto. Internal Sales/CRM tech and integrations move very slowly. International workforce means uneven working hours.
