      Expert in all type of patient BA-BE studies, Fast individual growth due to encouraging internal promotions.

      Cons

      Management is new, so stability issues are there. Biased, in terms of salary slabs, Promotions, Specially HR is not trust able. Company policies are still not up to the mark, lets say medical insurance was only of 50k to 1lacs depending upon level. Reduced salaries and staffs during (from the first month of lockdown) COVID situation.

      You will learn alot because you are expected to a lot and often times outside the scope of your job descritption. This is both a "pro" and a "con" when working with a small company.

      Cons

      They expect a lot from you and will keep putting more on you because they operate with limited personnel.
