very difficult to answer this, only positive which i experienced was working with my manager Sanjay Chhugani

Total waste of time and talent of people at Vehere. Owner do not respect any body. culture is very bad, performing people were shown door. No clear strategy, No respect for employees, Policy changes in a minute according to convenience.
