Attendance policy it a point based system. They don't accept dr. Excuses. Good luck with work life balance it's 12 on 2 off. Yes that's 4 days a month you get to stay home. Good luck getting time off to use their insurance unless you use vacation day not available until after one year. Managers in certain departments are toxic. Theres a reason I'm not posting my job title. Not safe, many employees have lost fingers in the stamping department and so far none of them have been compensated. One maintenance employee actually lost multiple fingers on both hands and was denied compensation because he hadn't followed protocol even though there wasn't any work instruction for changing stamping dies.
