For me, I don't know have any Pros.

Cons

Training, Pay, Schedule, B2B calls, Scripting Attendance policy during six week training period. Miss 16 hours and you're gone. Stuck on the phones for 6-12 months before you can apply for a new position. Not really Fraud Detection at all. More of a robotic, repetitive hotline for Fraud Reports. Get ready to say the same thing over and over and over on every call. You will be supporting a lot of different Financial Institutions that all have different rules and guidelines. I think all of my training class is gone and we started on 3/10.

Micromanaging is horrible here. There's not much we can do for a lot of CUs and some members are not aware of that so we get cussed out or yelled at. Training does not get you ready for Production. Your work/life balance here is almost nonexistent. They don't have enough agents working to handle the call volume. The pay is not really worth the stress you deal with working here.
