      The initiatives of investigating new science and smart leadership was appealing to me.

      Cons

      The unexpected RIF occurred with no signs and severance package sucks. The CEO was rude and aggressive while announced the layoff news. Now they changed the direction and didn't appreciate employee's contribution.
