Nice working environment and nice people

this company everything is at average.

There none and I’m being truthfully honest.

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever worked for. Velocity group does not care about their employees , all they care is about meeting their numbers. Most of their long time employees are quoting the compny due to the toxic environment. There’s a few employees that stand out from the rest and their acknowledgement for all their hard work is a 25 dollar gift card. There are no incentives here, no motivation, they expect u to go above and beyond and u get little to nothing for it. I’d say about 80% of all employees are very unhappy with this company and looking for new work.
