      Good benefits, met great people both coworkers and members.

      Cons

      They decide who they want for the job even before its available. They pick favorites. Saw it happen so many times. Not very big on diversity either… at least not at the top of the chain.

      Member facing jobs are miserable, weak managers with lackluster people skills, slow job progression.
