Not For Now - Sales Velocity (OR) Employee Review

This is a fantastic company to work for as Velocity is quick to respond to any issues. The owner Todd is a fabulous person to deal with as he really cares about his employees and clients!

I do not feel that there are any cons at all.

I joined Velocity in late November; about the same time our new President, Darrell Dirks started. Before Darrell, I had heard sub-par stories regarding past management and I started to understand why my co-workers might have been frustrated. With any new management building trust takes time and is a process. Darrell was quick to learn not just my name but understand my skill set. He allowed me the autonomy to direct my passions and knowledge as I see fit to better the company. He gave me a wage increase after he learned how much I was making previously- he is ethical and understanding. The work environment is pretty fast-paced and the industry is always changing, so working hard and smart is absolutely necessary. Fueled by inspiration from my coworkers, I am excited to come to work everyday and grow with this company.
